Trevor is a PhD candidate in the Genetics Training Program. He is interested in studying the cytoplasmic, mitochondrial, and nuclear DNA compatibility necessary for normal development of hybrid embryos. He is also working with a maternally-inherited protein thought to be play a role in cytokinesis, specifically within the hindbrain during embryonic development.
